If the device is not repaired, € 20 costs will be charged + € 11 transport costs. You can send the defect device directly to our address. You also have the option to pick up the device by our external transport service. This service is only available for customers in Belgium and Luxembourg, the cost is € 11 (excl. VAT). (Price valid from 04/2017) Please pack the device properly and add a copy of the repair form. After you submit this form, you will receive a copy by mail.
