Please add a sales invoice with purchase date. No valid warranty can be done without a valid sales receipt.
If the device is not repaired, €35 cutlery costs will be charged upon collection. You can send the defective device directly to our address. You also have the option to have the device picked up by our collection service. This service only applies to customers from Belgium (€11 excl. VAT) and Luxembourg (€18 excl. VAT).
Please pack the appliance properly and attach a copy of the repair form.
